Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send an item back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for any loss or damage that occurs while the product is being returned to us.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Non-Returnable Items

Cricket Bats – Special Return Policy
Cricket bats are made from natural wood and are therefore treated as a special product category.
Cricket bats are not returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Natural characteristics such as grain pattern, cosmetic blemishes, wood coloration, minor surface marks, or variations in appearance are not considered manufacturing defects.
Because every piece of natural willow is different, we cannot guarantee a specific appearance, grain structure, or cosmetic finish.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved.
Our standard return policy is to issue Magnus Sports store credit for eligible returns. Refund exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest option is usually to return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement once the return has been approved.
Used, Altered, or Tampered Products
Magnus Sports reserves the right to reject any return that appears to have been:
- Used
- Worn
- Damaged
- Altered
- Tampered with
- Returned in incomplete or unsellable condition
